| Writing courses help students better understand and appreciate the English language. Studies in writing allow students to present their thoughts in a deliberate manner and to gain experience in the decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills that result in a well-written document. Most writing courses are Transitional Studies courses that prepare students for college composition and creative writing courses. |
