K-12 Hands-On and Service Learning at the William A. Grant Water & Environmental Center

The Water Center's K-12 outreach program uses hands-on learning tools and service-learning projects to teach students about water and the natural environment. Both techniques embody a tactile and action-oriented approach to learning, integrating classroom learning with hands-on experience. Students will connect environmental science and related concepts with what their hands are doing.
