As a student we create a unique credential for you after you have first registered for classes. Your NetId will be used to access various resources offered by the campus such as network computers and your student email. You may notice that your NetId username matches your SID; this is by design to make the NetId username easier to remember.
In order to obtain your NetId username and set your initial password you will need to go through a one-time activation process.
- Change Your NetId Password
Allows you to change the password if you already know the old one.
- What Is My WWCC Student Email Address?
Use your NetId to retrieve your assigned student email address.
Your SID credential is assigned to you when you apply to Walla Walla Community College. It is used to access many services offered by the college. During the normal course of events you should have received your SID and "Global Pin" during student orientation. Your Global Pin is initially set using your birth date. For example if your birthday is 6/21/1983 your pin would be set to 062183. It is recommended that you change this as soon as possible using the link provided below.
If you are a WWCC employee you also have an SID assigned. Whether you are a student or an employee your SID will be the same however there is a separate Global Pin for each role.
- Change My Employee Global Pin
The employee earnings history web application has an option to change your pin if you already know the current one. Otherwise you will need to contact the payroll office.
