American Express

Master Card

2.75% Convenience Fee on the total amount owed in addition to the $15/quarter registration fee

You need to finance the tuition on a credit card, don't have a checking or savings account but do have a credit card. Fees and interest will apply. You should consider the ACH options first to better manage your debt and credit card fees.

Note:

  • Payments are usually processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a convenience fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.
  • $30 returned payment fee will be charged if a payment is returned.
  • You must owe a minimum amount of $100 tuition and fees to use this automatic payment plan.

Financial Aid Exception

If you have received formal acknowledgment of a scholarship, a third-party contract, or a financial aid award which will cover all of your tuition and fees, you do not need to sign up for this payment plan. If these funding sources are insufficient to pay the entire amount due or if you have applied but not yet received notice of eligibility, you may sign up for the payment plan to manage the remaining amount due, if the balance owed exceeds $100.

Sign Up For A Payment Plan
Availability of the Payment Plan is determined by Walla Walla Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the Payment Plan available during specific times and dates during registration. It is generally available any time you can register for classes and for several weeks after class registration closes.

You can sign up for the payment plan in one of three ways:

  1. During the registration window when you complete registering for classes using web registration a link will appear allowing you to sign up. The amount you owe will be automatically sent to the payment plan web site.

    OR

  2. At any time the payment plan is still open but after registration is closed, you can login to MyWWCC, select the FINANCIAL tab and pick the PAYMENT PLAN link, enter the amount you owe (please get this from the cashier), and proceed to the payment plan web site.

    OR

  3. You can click on the button below, identify yourself (SID and global PIN #), supply the correct amount you owe (please see the cashier) and proceed to the payment plan site.
